Great experience. The whole place ,people, staff,owners were absolutely amazing. The food was very delicious and tasty. Best... ever catfish I ever had. If you like a refreshing cocktail try a very refreshing, Spa Water ????,I think it was called . Highlyrecommend to stop here. I will definitely be back. Plus, there is outdoor seating tucked away as well. The Cellar is a fullfunctional bar with seating as well.So many foods and beverages I want to try! Read more
This place is incredible! Most delicious & inventive food (& beverages!) in the whole Winchester area. For those cruising up or... down 81 & wanting to eat somewhere unique & upscale (without being stuffy), this is a great find! Literally minutes off of thehighway. The building itself is beautifully restored; love the hidden speakeasy on the ground floor. We had an infant with us,so sat on the patio. It?s also a lovely spot ? covered & pretty peaceful. The quality of the food cannot be overstated, but whatreally made our evening was the service. Our server, Ashley, was AMAZINGLY kind to us. It?s anxiety-provoking for us as 1st timeparents bringing our baby to any restaurant, as we don?t want to interrupt anybody?s evening with crying & fussing. Ashleyproactively brought us a high chair & asked if he wanted anything to eat, & generally was really attentive getting our food tous speedily so that we could enjoy a break & then dash before baby fell apart. This is more than a restaurant- it is a culinary adventure! The innovative menu focuses on local, native plants and ingredients,... paying homage to traditional Appalachian cuisine. There are no words for the unique and delicious flavor combinations at Vault & Cellar. We celebrated our anniversary there and... it was amazing. The staff has a way of making you feel like you are very special. They are all extremely friendly and warm. Thebourbon selection is incomparable. We will definitely be returning!! Read more

Absolutely amazed by everything, the food was heavenly! The atmosphere was perfect. You can tell everything presentation wise... was thought about, down to the table wear. The staff (especially Bre) was personable, friendly, welcoming, and so very helpfulwith every menu question. The menu was delicate and simple, perfectly executed. We plan on making this a yearly dining when weare in town. 5 out of 5, would absolutely recommend. Read more
