Seems like every time I come here it's something that their not doing or that they are only doing and sometimes the items don't... be available when they should be ..... drive thru is slow but I don't know how if it's only 2 cars in line????? Extremely disappointed in this location! Ordered at 514. The cashier wasn't friendly and had an attitude with someone standing... near her. Never have I witnessed this at this location, typically everyone at the register is friendly. When we proceeded to thenext window we were told to pull over into one of their spots and wait for our food. We didn't order anything crazy orcomplicated. Time passed and more and more cars are being told to pull into the spots. Atleast 6 to 8 cars were waiting onorders. We finally received our order at 533. 533!!!Absolutely ridiculous and the man who handed the order to us offered noapology or explanation as to why it took so long to get orders out to us and all the others still waiting. The buns were hard asif they were under the warmer too long or stale and fries definitely weren't fresh after waiting that long for food. Read more

Downhill...fast. The last few times I've visited we've been inexplicably skipped in the drive-thru line. No matter what lane I... choose, I watch other folks who arrived after me have their orders taken first. Go inside? Well there you get a chance towitness all of the orders that'd been done wrong being brought back. Some of the employees are doing their best...with asmile...but there needs to be more training all around. Read more
