S Saginaw Rd Arby's is always so fast and friendly. Foods always served fresh. Dining area has a TV and it's clean
I literally eat at Arby's probably at least once a week more like two times a week. I usually have great service and great food... and never have any complaints. But last night was a different story. Everything was cold. The sandwich, and the fries. Nogranted we were there right at closing we were actually the last customers in the Drive-Thru. But why would you think that itwould be okay to serve people cold food? Now as far as the customer service goes it was phenomenal the girls were very nice andwe're very respectful. But the food was just not up to par. And I couldn't tell anybody about my food because by the time Iparked in a parking spot, all was closed, lights off and no sign of staff. ???? Read more
