Ordered a cheeseburger pizza half cheese, and a breadsticks over the phone. After paying and having to wait I looked at the... prices online and they overcharged me $5. I asked them about it and they said their website was glitching and refused to doanything about it. I hope the $5 was worth losing a customer and getting a bad review. $38 for a large pizza and breadsticks?And they burnt the toppings. Read more

The only positive thing I have to say about the whole experience was the delivery driver went over and above. The ordering... process was problematic as the person taking the order didn't know if they delivered to the hotel I was staying at then whenthey figured out they did when I placed my order they didn't know the menu couldn't find the items. Then the delivery driver hadto call me to find out the address because they didn't give it to him. Food was of poor quality didn't receive all we ordered.This particular place is not up to the standards of the brand. I will never place another order at this Cottage Inn Pizza. Read more
