A few months prior I ordered a pizza, called the store to let them know I had a chemic card (free jets bread) but there was no... way to add it online. The manager, name unknown, took care of it but that next time I should place the order and just bring thecard in. Fast forward to last night - I do as instructed but when I go in the manager, Cody, tells me he can't do anything.When I explain what happened he still didn't try to fix it. He wanted the managers name. Apparently it's somehow my fault theydon't have consistent and easily findable instructions to honor their commitments. Then he argued with me about why Jetsshouldn't be required to honor their commitments. TLDR, the food is fine but the focus on customer care does not exist. HeyJets corporate or franchise owner, Cody just lost you $20 a month over a $9 refund that you agreed to - maybe explain basic mathto your managers, hey? Read more
After I gave Tyler (a manager) a note from the VA that my work will be limited for a short time (I receive disability) I was... fired promptly the next morning. This establishment does not support veterans. I do not recommend any place that treatsveterans this horribly, just because of an injury that I am suffering every day so they can have the freedom of owning theirbusiness and making money. I do construction work and we aren't always on time for lunch and Jetts has pizza slices all day long how cool is that and they... obviously have the best pizza around its definitely my favorite try the BBQ pizza it's super good!!! Read more
Order took 45 minutes longer than the 35-45 minute delivery time. The delivery driver was rude as all get out and then demanded... a tip. Over all of you want decent times and not a-holes of delivery drivers just go with dominos or Papa John's Read more
