This place is a pearl! My husband and I just moved to Midland and we thought we?d try Dillons. Well THAT was a great idea! ... From the minute we walked in the door we were made to feel very welcome. Leslie was our server and she was fantastic and madeour evening most enjoyable from suggestions of items to try on the menu to chatting us up with her great sense of humour. Wecould only get a seat at the bar but what a treat to be able to watch all the goings on in the bar and kitchen. The staff madeeverything look so easy, even though the place was very busy?all were extremely attentive. We also met the owner Ricky whomade us feel very welcome. Huge kudos to the chefs as well. Dillon's was fantastic in every sense of the word. It was recommended to us by a family member and we attended on a long... weekend, sitting inside. The restaurant is beautiful with a vintage, European feel to it. The menu is great, featuring saladsand, of course, pizza. Our meal was prepared quickly, and the service was terrific.
