This location is really hit or miss. I've had decent tasting food, terrible tasting food, and food that was prepared without... several ingredients that should have been there. And I have to say that Popeyes customer support is some of the worst I've everdealt with. I spent almost a year with them going back and forth about an issue and they kept directing me to new departmentsand new staff and I never got a resolution. They just kept tossing me around until I gave up. Read more

Twice now I have gone between 5-6 pm and they have had no chicken. It's a chicken place, right? Only spicy available. So... yesterday I ordered and sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes, to be told at the window it would be another 8 for the chicken tocook. I pulled around to the side to wait, and sat there for another 15 minutes. I went in as my order was ready, headed out tothe car, to find the order was wrong. I get it, stuff happens.
