Getting the food after we had placed our order took forever. The food was cold when we got it.
Every single one of these stores close thier lobby 2 hours before it closing time
I ordered just two piece chicken and a biscuit. They told me it would be 3 to 4 minutes to get the chicken they work still... cooking it. Kind of was annoying. But sometimes stuff happens. It was good. Obviously since they were still cooking and it wasvery very fresh. But I just think on a Friday night you need to plan ahead so you don't make a lot of people wait for your food. We ordered two 2 tender meals and each one came with the smallest pieces of chicken possible stuffed inside the rolls like a... chicken sandwich. They also neglected to give us any gravy and the service was terrible. People in line behind us had theirorder taken before we had even been asked if we were helped yet.
