Online false advertisement. Rude staff. No sheets or access to get sheets. Pool not working. Lobby bathrooms not available with... locks on the doors. Buffet area non existent. Work out area has no roof but key pad to get in. None of the key pad doors to getinto main building work. Hotel staff was very accommodating. They stayed out of the way for an event but were quick and available when anything was... needed. Full bar area as well as an area for kids to play inside. I was there for an event and other than the hotel being a little dated I had absolutely no problems, the rooms were clean, and... the staff was extremely accommodating. I got an amazing deal on a suit with a broken air conditioner, they provided a fanluckily it wasn't hot outside. I'm not saying this is the nicest place to stay in Midland nor the worst, all I'm saying is forthe price it cannot be beat. It's way better than the Metro Inn or the La Quinta. Read more

I wouldn?t give it any star, but at least the bed was clean. The place was so empty and sad and unwelcoming. The pool was ?under... maintenance ? which does not state in their website, also they take a $50 deposit which is cool but they don?t even let you knowuntil after. The breakfast , oh lord. It was all microwave yourself. A sad milk in the fridge yet no coffee ??? Weird very veryweird. And the nice reps (at least ) at the front wonder why they are slow. At checkout I asked why is it so empty they saidthat half of their building has no AC, and have no intention of getting it fixed soon. Dam, Well?. Yeah. Makes sense. I willnever stay again. Went to a family members wedding on Saturday and this place was disgusting, it was dirty, the roof leaked when it started... raining and the AC was barely working. I know that roof leaks can happen unexpectedly but the ceiling tiles made it veryobvious that the leaks have been happening for a long time. The fire alarm was not working either, the smoke detectors in theroom we were in were full of water from the rain and the fire alarm panel showed that they whole system was powered down, Iwander what the fire department would think of that. I don't recommend this place to anyone, it is falling apart. My momworked here about 40 years ago, back when it was a Holiday Inn & it was nice then but I don't think anything has been updated,fixed or changed since then, the whole place feels unsafe, dirty and about to fall down.
