Staff is very sweet. Even if it's a tad busy they usually get your drink out in less than 10 minutes. My daughter and nephew... love the muffins. I usually get them one when I go. They eat half of it in the morning and the rest as a snack for after schoolwhere it's huge. They give you the option to warm it up but I always ask for it room temp.
