Went there with my family on Halloween weekend. They were out of everything fountain drinks, desserts, monster tacos, their... service was lousy they left our food sitting on the counter for a while wouldn't call out the orders number. I guess I should have read the most recent reviews before ordering here. Seems the staff that works there just doesn't care. I... placed an app order and then proceeded to be treated rudely when trying to pick up my food through the drive thru (that's how Iselected to pick up on the app). I ended up not getting my food and when I asked for a refund he told me I couldn't get onebecause the manager wasn't there. No idea if this is the same guy from some previous reviews, but this place has definitely gonedown hill since the last time I was there and I won't be returning. Read more
