Had ordered thru window...once home, order was NOT what I had ordered. Called & spoke w person in "charge"..gave all the... "excuses" 'bout truck delivering supplies etc...didn't show concern about me not having what I had ordered. I go to the otherone in Midland & once explained what had happened, was asked rudely, "honey so you pretty much want what's on your receipt?!That's ALL I need to know!". They was out of mac& cheese & chicken sandwich at about 4pm, this place needs better management ????
I went to drive thru and ordered the shrimp with 2 tenders and a side....the shrimp was cooked so long that all that was inside... of the crust was the tail that you usually pull off...if there was shrimp is was rubber...and the crusty was so hard I couldn'tchew it up!!! they do not open the lobby for people to walk in and place orders which basically stops that particular location from earning... money truck drivers do not have small vehicles that's able to go through drive-thru but the managers seem to not want to dotheir job and clean the lobby so they keep the door locked Read more
