Was our first time and our last never seen a Wingstop so bad waitresses just walked by us for over 1 hr saw us staring needing a... table and asking for help no one was available to help was told to seat ourselves at a dirty table no one ever came had to callthe front since we were the only ones sitting in the outside patio that where available and was put on hold twice and then hungup on and ignoring calls then went to look for an open table inside to actually maybe get some service to take our order butthen was told kids couldn?t sit at the tables near the bar area mind you the only table that was actually getting cleaned for usand was told to move somewhere else then when asked to clean the new table there was attitude, rag smelled horrible had to cleanmyself, floor was covered in food everywhere, waitress again kept asking if we had been helped we said no but no one bothered toactually get our order guy who was supposed to was the actual manager and ignored us many times walking by us after thewaitresses advised him we needed to order/ mid order manager disappeared again/ then came back minutes later to finish takingthe order. Manager was overly fidgety and unable to stand still something looked off?We got there at 6pm and was served at930pm?couldn?t even enjoy the food we hurried up and left took to go no service at all. I placed a phone in order on September 10th at 7:50pm & was told there was a 90 minute wait. I confirmed my order for pickup at... 9:20pm. I arrived at 9:15pm & found my order had been sitting there for 30 mintues! I refused to take that order & requested anew order be cooked which I was advised would be another 20 minutes! There was no apology or a free order for a waste of 2hours! This location recently reopened but with service like this...it may not be open for long! Read more
This is for who ever runs your website! I know our wings too runs crazy long wait times, and most people know that and are... willing to wait. But if your website is going to refuse to quote a proper wait time because ?the website never quotes over anhour but in real life the wait is over 90 minutes? just do your staff and your patrons a favor and allow the website to betterreflect the wait time for ordered food. It said an hour, and now we wait almost 40 minutes in the restaurant when we could havewaited in the comfort of our home. Your employees are surely frustrated by people who order online and expect the hour wait tobe accurate, as show by what I was told??? and I can?t even blame the girl for her not so nice answer?. Waited an hour for my wings before heading to the resturant, waited an additional 20 minutes at the resturant, only to be told... once again it would be another 15-20 minute wait time. Thats not how it works. If the wait time is 45 minutes when the order isplaced, the wait time doesn't continue to add on while your waiting. They just re opened and I can already tell you themanagement is poor and the place is being run by a bunch of kids. Ended up completely canceling. If I would have known the waitwas 2 hours when the order was placed i would have eaten somewhere else from the beginning. Read more

Update: its 10.18.2022 we orders our food. It was delicious. And we made the impulse decision to order 2 more sandwiches. Please... keep them. We will happily go broke eating them every night. This makes the 6th night. Ever since their chicken sandwiches cameout. It's been great. We think it's better than chick fil a's sandwiches. Juicy, tender, flavorful. It makes us sad that ourmeal is gone. We don't give it any mercy. Read more
