I guess the restaurants, not just, Mc Donalds, in this neighborhood don't value customers. They either have rude teenagers the... don't get your order right or don't speak the English enough to be taking orders and your order is not right. This isunnecessary stress when trying to get to work, school or whatever you destination may be. Not to mention with these issues, ittakes 20 minutes to handle 2 cars in the drive. All I can say is if you are in a hurry this is not the place to choose duringthe morning, afternoon until maybe after 7pm when there are no teenagers working. Gave me the wrong order, the lady taking your order kept tell me they didn?t have certain meals or sweet tea. She must be new or... not able to listen. I was handed a bag by a guy at the window who didn?t say a word. I told him the drink was wrong and I handedit back to him and told him to please fix it. He asked for my receipt and I told him, it?s also the wrong meal, but as long as Iget my drink it?s fine. Don?t expect a have a good day or good night. Don?t expect a smile or anything here. If you like cold fries and a cold sloppy burger with hard cheese half on the bun and the rest in the carton, this is the place... to go. I have not gone to a McDonald's in years and now I know why. They should be ashamed of themselves. I couldn't evensalvage the fries. They were like cold hard shoestring fries. Totally disgusting. On a positive note the young man at the firstwindow were I paid was very nice,but the lady at the pick up window seem totally confused and the cooks need to be fired! Never once have gotten my order correct using the drive-thru. Sad thing is my order has been a medium coffee - no cream, no... sugar. UPDATE Just revisited the location on 08-23-22, this time visiting the dining room. I found on the front counter ahandout saying "Love every cup or we'll replace it."
