After ordering through the app, I went to pick up my food to find the dining room closed with no sign present to state why. We... then went through the drive through ti get the order and were told by the person manning to window that the manager "just walkedout on us and said we can't put up a sign." I made sure to let the employee know that I had contacted corporate but that weunderstood why they decided to close the dining room and advise them to put a sign up to cover them from any angry customers. Stopped in the Midlothian, TX restaurant for lunch, the food was good and fresh but I don't like hair in my food; really turned... my stomach. There was blonde hair in the mushroom chicken. I specify the color so you maybe able to determine the employee asany color hair should not be in the food. Employees working in close contact with food should wear hairnet and gloves. Read more
Despite only having one worker at each position and a line out the door, the server held her own and wasn't flustered at all.... She smiled, and served well. On Thursday evening last week (3rd of Nov), I was in line and got up to the order box after serving the person in front of me.... They told me along the lines that ?we have to close the restaurant early due to a work related accident.? So I showed up today aweek later around the same time and then they kept mid-ordering my food at the drive through! They even got my order wrong inthe end on top of taking 30 minutes. I mean, how hard is it to ask for an order like, ?bigger plate with steamed rice?? My 6year old nephew can listen better than that. You hardly deserve 1 out of 5, there is no option for zero.
