Have had a couple decent experiences, but this location has gone downhill fast. Not sure if management has changed, but the... pizza I got this evening was very late and cold. Read more
I ordered three different times over a 2-3 month period. Each time the price was quoted for the exact same order (Large 2... topping Pizza). The price ranged from a low of $11 and change to a high of $25. When I challenged the $25 quote, the persontaking my order put me on hold and came back with a price of $18+ for what I had paid $11 for just a week or so earlier. Theperson on the phone could give me no reason for the overcharge. I know that with supply chain issues prices have risen for someingredients, but to charge double in a 2-3 month period. This reeks of managerial incompetence or possibly worse, an overtattempt to gouge customers in a time when it seems like a popular thing for corporations to do to customers. Either way, I justdon't care...this is the last dollar Marco's will ever get from me. I have been a Marco's customer for years....but thatrelationship is now dead! Read more
This, our closest Marco's, does a pretty decent pizza chain job. Good crust choices (regular, thin, cauliflower) and sauce... choices. Kind of limited on the topping choices, but has all the heavy hitters. We've not done delivery, always takeout. Theyseem to me to be a bit on the pricey side, but there always seem to be deals going on. Read more
Updating- downgrading my earlier good review. I ordered takeout last Friday and they messed up my order as I ordered a Meat Bowl... Supreme and didn't receive it. They need better management at the register during high throughput times like Friday nights toavoid screw ups like this for $41 orders including tip. Read more
