The staff was very friendly and the food was HOT and DELICIOUS. I drove all the way here from Williamsburg to visit the area and... my Partner saw they had the New Beyond Chicken. The food was great, but that wait! ??????????? We waited 30 minutes AFTER our pickup time. They made my daughter's Cub Meal ....... but didn't put any chicken in it. Soooo, she got white rice and super greens. Yum. ???? My food was great, well, what I didn'thave to give her. I called the store and was told to bring my receipt to get a replacement Cub Meal. No matter what time you order your food for pickup IT WILL NOT BE READY. I ordered for 6 pm pickup and FINALLY got it at 6:25... pm. It is delicious BUT 25 minutes late. If you are a delivery person this could seriously hurt your bottom line. First waitingon egg rolls. Those were ready then had to wait for shrimp. I think the only thing to do is eat in and order what is ready infront of you. This is hard for me as I have a 95 year old mother who doesn't get around too easily. Read more
