Normally ok, but an online order at the last hour was a disappointment. Turkey avocado had browned avocado and significantly... less turkey. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and in good spirits. Read more

Ordered a Baja bowl with no feta or yogurt and French onion soup with no cheese to go. I?m not eating dairy due to... breastfeeding/baby allergy. Got home and the onion soup has a ton of cheese at the bottom. Couldn?t eat it, threw it away, whata waste of money. The rice in the bowl was very dry and undercooked. Super disappointed. Read more

If you have any dietary restrictions, don?t waste your time with this location. I am vegan and ordered a Baja Bowl with no feta... or yogurt. I went inside to get it corrected because it came with no corn/black bean salsa, which I was relying on for protein. They told me they didn?t have any black bean corn salsa but they could make me something else and refund me. Then I waited 45minutes for a Mediterranean sandwich with no feta on sourdough bread. When I asked about it, one of the staff shouted across theroom that they didn?t have half of the ingredients for my sandwich. I tried to leave, but they asked me to stay because theywould make it. When I finally got my sandwich and walked to my car, it had feta on it. I went back inside to give it back andthey told me they gave me the wrong one and passed me a new one. I just finally got home and this sandwich also has feta. If Ihad an allergy to dairy and took a bite before checking, I would have had a serious medical emergency. This location does nottake dietary restrictions seriously and will waste two hours of your day to try to convince you otherwise. I work in arestaurant myself and I appreciate some of the female staff for being kind and polite to me while they tried to fix themistakes, but the lack of communication in the kitchen is very apparent. I will not be returning to Panera in Midlothian. Read more

I am a vegetarian so I don't go to Panera often. But I do love their cinnamon crunch bagels with cream cheese. They are to die... for. Yesterday I had a horrifying headache and hadn't eaten all day, so when I got my appetite back, I had an overwhelming needfor a bagel. Panera it was. I got a plain one for the first time - cinnamon was just too much yesterday. The lady was sofriendly and nice, I ended up getting a heart cookie for my kiddo and a baguette as well. I'm still shocked at how reasonable itwas too. And my bagel was ready in like 2 seconds. So light fluffy and crispy. Literally made my day. And the baguette is stillcrispy today. Also the cookie was delicious - lemon shortbread flavored! My kid literally gave me a crumb. Read more

Panera has good tasting, quality food. Our salads had the appropriate light dressing. The baguettes were fresh. The corn... chowder wasn't over salty. My steak & cheddar cheese w creamy, horseradish sauce and pickled onions was delicious. Beforewarned the Pick2 is billed per entre and will add up. We were surprised to be charged $25 for lunch. This has been changefrom former practice. We remembered paying one price for two items w the Pick2 in the past. Read more
