This is the worst place to go to pass 10 pm Ghetto manager and staff very unprofessional untrained and sloppy. Need better... customer service and training on customer service. Messed up 3 orders in a row in drive thru causing a 30 minute delay in myfood and it was cold. I will not return to this Taco Bell after 1030 pm do not use the drive thru make sure you go in and ifyou use the drive thru make sure you check your order before you pull of or they will make you go thru the line again. I'm used to tb experience, I don't have a lot of expectations. Don't go to this one..rude af, order missing items, cold taco and... burnt quesadilla. Can't be bad at both making food and talking to people, pick one gd. Read more
It was an average Taco Bell experience. There were no people working registers so ordering had to be done by the kiosks, which... went okay. The food took a while to come out and the Mexican Pizza was kind of soggy, but everything tasted good. My order wascorrect and warm. It was decent, but nothing stellar or driving me to return, especially since their prices (like everywhere)are nearly double what they were a couple of years ago. Thanks Bidenflation- strong work and mission accomplished!! They have asingle- person bathroom, which seems weird for a fast food restaurant. The employee that called out my name when the food wasready was nice enough. Everything was clean and orderly. I am sure I will go back because I live nearby, but the food, value andexperience certainly isn't calling my name, so it will likely be a several months to a year. Read more

I placed an order through the app. When I first got to the speaker I said I had a mobile order. The guy was hard to understand... but finally found my order. Or made it? Not sure. All I know is when I got back to the hotel, two of my three items were madewrong. As in whoever is making the orders isn't reading tickets & there is no double check to make sure your order is right. SoI had to drive back to the restaurant & go inside. The guy from the drive thru was behind the counter. I told him they were bothmade wrong. Without saying a word he turns and says something to another employee. Seemed to be telling him what to leave offthis time. Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure but I won't be going back to that store again. Read more
