I enjoy this place a lot. Food is solid and there are some great options at reasonable prices. Definitely understaffed, but... where isn't? I've read some reviews and I can say that my experience has been very different. We stopped by Wasatch Grill after a movie to grab dinner. We were able to get right in with a group of 6. We ordered a couple of... entrees from the grill, burger, fish and chips and a kids Mac and cheese. The kids Mac and Cheese was amazing. It was a hugeportion and so good. The entrees from the grill were also really good and tons of food. The other food was good as well. Theonly reason that we gave a 4 is because we think our server forgot about us much of the night. They have a sign saying please bepatient because they are short staffed, which we can understand. However, we waited for 15 minutes or more for our check whilewe watched our server stand at the bar talking to someone. We finally had to ask someone to get our check. Otherwise, thingswere great.
