Our party enjoyed the fish (grouper) tacos. Loved the red pepper sauce on them. Blue crabs (sweet), and grilled shrimp ( off... the GA coast). Waiter was great and very knowledgeable. Covered deck area was nice but definitely a warm evening in September.View was great. You must call and make reservations. Will go back when cooler. Definitely a local hang out. I don't think thereis any other restaurants close either. We drove about 30 minutes to get there. Worth the drive. Read more

We really enjoyed our first time at Sunbury Crab Company. We made our reservations for 1200 right when they first would open on... Sunday so we could get there before the bad weather in afternoon got to us. We tried the blue crabs, garlic shrimp and steamedshrimp. Loved the river view and being able to eat locally caught ???? and ???? !! We will definitely be back. We drove from theislands near Tybee, packed our patience because we know going out to eat these days can be tough, and enjoyed the beautiful Dockand watching dolphins while waiting for our food. After a lecture of not making reservations, the hostess entered us in the system like we had reservations promptly seated us. To... avoid the lecture MAKE RESERVATIONS! Waitress was very good and sweet... she knew the menu well and provided goodrecommendations. Seafood was good, but portions seemed small for the prices. The kid with us was not the biggest fan of thechicken tenders. We enjoyed the unique atmospher! We might give it another try if we are ever back in the area. (but would makereservations first). Went today for the 1st time and really enjoyed it. We didn't have reservations, but we were able to get seated pretty quick.... Kalsy was our server. She asked if we would like crab soup and said they don't aways have it. My husband and I shared a bowl andreally liked it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got the fried shrimp tacos with okra and tomatoes for my side. Youhave a choice of sauce for the tacos. I chose the Thai chili sauce. Had a nice little kick to it.
