This place has completely gone down. We waited to be seated which was fine. No one came to seat us so we eventually set at a... dirty table and waited ten minutes before I went to get someone to wipe our table down. Well after finally getting someone towipe the table down we waited a hour and a half. Never received food then was asked if we need a reciept for food we neverreceived. I say this place has gone down because they are not worried about people coming in the door. They are worried aboutsitting behind the register ten to fifteen minutes at a time. Refilling peoples coffees, etc. There were literally 6 to 7 peoplesupposedly working. And I say this because again I was able to observe a hour and a half while I watched everyone that came inafter us was taken care of. I think I was pretty patient. As a family of 6. We do not enjoy paying 1.99 for a child sized cup of water. I had bottles of water in my car had I known. ... Total charge for 4 waters 9.00 bucks. No thank you. Will not be going back. Don't waste your time or money. Read more
I was the manager of this establishment for 12 years and Shanae was my replacement and I can not be more proud of how she has... worked so hard to climb the mountains that this business has! It is a very great feeling to know she works so desperately forher people and the corporation she is now working for. They must learn to treat her experience and dedication as an assetbecause she is not recognized for her true heart and soul into this, losing time with her family and having to cancel familyplans to run it. It is the day after thanksgiving and we just left Huddle House. It is breakfast time and they are busy. We came in a sat down at... the only empty table, which had not been cleaned from the people that left. We sat for 15 mins and decided to leave. No one cameto wait on my family or clean off the table. Waitress were standing around talking to each other, eating and drinking, andplaying on their phones. This is the 2nd time in a month we have come in and not gotten any service. The last time it was atdinner and only a couple of people there.
