Huge improvement over the past few months! Not sure what happened but this is finally a Dunkin I recommend to people. The... service took a total 180, people actually seem friendly now and the orders are correct. The coffee being made properly should bea minimum expectation, this time it gets an extra star above the expectation because the minimum expectation before was thatyou'd get coffee...if it was made right it was the exception. I waited over 10 mins in the Drive Thru for someone to answer the microphone. No one e answered me so I pulled up to the service... window. While young adult workers were mingling inside chatting with each other. I asked if the microphone wasn't working? Afemale worker responded by saying " Oh its his first day ,he'll be with you ! He has to learn. 5 mins later he took my order. 7mins mins later he gave me my order. At this time I checked my order. The 1st tea was incorrect. The 2nd was overfilled and veryhot and the lid was not on tight. I asked my order be corrected. Then another customer was behind me yelling at me for myserver's stupidity. I went inside to retrieve my corrected order. As I waited the workers were very unattentive and ignorant. Iwaited over 40 mins for my teas.
