Do yourself a favor and book your wedding with Great River, you won't regret it!! They were extremely organized, attentive and... just so incredibly helpful at all times and never once did I feel like I was a bother to them. They answered any and allquestions I had and were excellent at providing guidance throughout. As a perfectionist and a very type A kind of bride, I wasexpecting a lot to go wrong on the day of but I can honestly say it went off without a hitch thanks to the staff at Great River.They were on top of everything and ensured all went according to plan and made sure I did nothing but enjoy the day, and enjoythe day I did!! Chelsea and Caitlin did an amazing job to make our day special! They always answered quickly and helped with any questions. The... venue was gorgeous, we had such a great time! We also received a lot of compliments about the food! Everything went as plannedday of! There was a mix up with our wedding cake top being accidentally thrown out after the wedding. Chelsea & Caitlin handledthe situation very professionally and quickly. They worked with the bakery to get us a new cake to either pick up on our 1 yearanniversary or freeze it. With questionable weather for an outside wedding, Caitlin and Gail were extremely flexible and supportive in making last minute... decisions. Amazing golf course in good condition. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Info you?re a low handicapper, playing from the blue... tees is manageable but the real challenge is on the quick greens. The snack bar is quick at the turn because you can order fromthe cart on hole #8. The drinks cart gets around the course often and we saw it 4x during our round. We are definitely goingback! Great River was the perfect place to have our wedding. The team made our wedding day perfect. Chelsea and Carly are as helpful... as it gets and hustled all day! Even our photographer commented how most venues are not as involved and diligent in making sureevery detail goes as planned. And the FOOD was amazing! Our tasting with Matt a few months prior was one of our favorite daysand the food tasting every bit as good on the wedding day. Many guests told us it was the best wedding food they've everhad.
