Left the ShopRite in Milford about an hour ago. I grab a few v8 splashes that were on the end cap and behind it was other juice... piled high up. When I grabbed my juice the juice which were on the side of the endcap the juice behind it all fell and on myface and all over the ground. Someone that worked there saw it and he just turned around and did not see anything but a nice oldguy asked me if I was OK. I said I was my nose hurt a little since the juice fell on my head and I tweeted my back dodging thejuice. He even said leave the juice where it was someone will eventually get it.When I went to the register I told the cashierwhat had happened and he told me to have a good day. I will not go back there you can?t even grab anything off the end capswhere it was supposed to be without getting Hit on the head and nobody cares about oh and ask if you actually got hurt oranything . I guess I should have made a big scene, but I was too annoyed and wanted to get home. It's the best ShopRite ever. So clean the most friendly personal in a single grocery store . Products are fresh in bakery... deli seafood . Plus they have a little breakfast and lunch cooking area. My shopping trip today & yesterday justifies why I never go to ShopRite anymore. When I go to Big Y & Whole Foods, everyone is... friendly & the food is correctly priced. At ShopRite, EVERY TIME I ever go, I get charged a higher amount than the product wasmarked on the shelf. It never fails! On top of that, the staff is careless and incompetent. I'd rather drive farther to give adifferent store business. Gave it another shot, going right back to Big Y and Whole Foods. Read more

Horrible customer service ! Bought Frozen crab clusters a couple weeks ago for special dinner, took out of freezer and rancid... fish odor. Brought back and no refund of $36 because even though frozen it is considered ? Perishable?, , thus no refund after7 days?then why sell frozen food ? Just sick about this?..no sign indicating this policy posted in the fish area or customerservice desk! After I mentioned this the customer service rep found the sign under the counter shelf and put it on thecounter?it was never visible until they stipulated the policy. Simply disgusted they could be so nonChalant in attitude while Iam out $36.
