I went in and asked the manager which would be cheaper, a 6-in ham sandwich or a kid's meal. She said a kids meal. So that is... what I got. She quoted me the sandwich being $6, and the kids meal being five something. When I got to the register they chargedme just over $7 for the kids meal. When I confronted the manager about the price discrepancy, she said well we're in the middleof an inflation, that's how much it costs now. I started to argue with her about it but I knew it wouldn't do any good so I justshut my mouth, paid for, took my food and left. I will never ever go to Subway again. Read more
I'd could give 0 I would. Ordered online ordered two sandwiches wanted one to be a wrap. Well needless to say there was an error... message kept popping up when I tried to order wrap so I ended up wearing two subs writing in the special instructions to subWhite wrap. I got the ingredients for the wrap wrapped in White deli paper. I'm trying to explain to them that was incorrect themanager came around the corner with attitude even worse than mine as he's sandwiches were for my 75 year old parents I hadworked all day and just wanted to get in and out. They were worried about their inventory. That's what I said inventory a threecent wrap. First of all why would you put it on freaking paper. You work in the restaurant business you should know what a whitewrap is. I asked her if there was a way she can just take it off of the sub roll and put it on the wrap. She said she would haveto refund my entire order and have me start all over again knowing that this money was not going to go back to my card thereforeI had to use cash. She then grabbed my order and said I should go someplace else. I have been in this business for over 40 yearsand I have never spoke to a customer like this before. I do not believe our customers are correct however a manager has beentalking to a customer the way she talked to me. I thought I would give subway another chance, this was my 4th chance here in Madras Oregon, our Subway opens at 8:00 a.m it?s... July 7th 2022 this morning I pull up and it?s time to open these two ladies were outside smoking and I pull up and they saidwe?re not opened yet, I said what time do you open they said at 8:00 I said it?s past 8:00 the ladies that work there rolledthere eyes and kept smoking there cigarettes.. Went to the local Subway in Bolivar Mo and ordered 2 foot long club sandwiches. The young man asked if I was going to use a... coupon, which I was. He said they were instructed NOT to honor the coupons on the club sandwiches! I stated that the clubsandwiches were not excluded on the coupon and to refuse to honor it was FALSE ADVERTISING! That is a waste of a tree to print out coupons n wasted money on shipping coupons out and then we cut n take our wasted time n... effect on presenting them to worker just to have a excuses about not taking coupons.
