I was nearby for a conference two weeks ago and stopped in here for a quick smoothie on the way as they advertise themselves as... a "smoothie & juice bar." I guess I could be wrong, but that implies to me blended or juiced fruit, but I'm not sure there'sany fruit to be had in the building. These are mixed powdered and flavored drinks. I actually enjoyed the taste of thesmoothie, but wouldn't have stopped if I'd known as I'm looking for real fruit and ingredients. I'm sure some people love it(see the other reviews), but if you're looking for all natural, primary ingredients, this isn't it. Read more

The GEM hiding in plain sight. You walk in and feel immediately welcomed. The menu is clear and concise with enough flavors for... everyone?s taste. Super affordable and TASTY! Raz Lime Rickey Tea is delicious, refreshing and woke me right up. The PralineFrench Toast Smoothie (and their other smoothies) are perfect meal replacements. Filling and sweet with UNDER 20g CARBS w/ 5grams of dietary fiber (+you can add more). I can?t recommend it enough. The owner is sweet and we had a great conversationabout T1 Diabetes. Read more

Fabulous establishment to grab your caffeine boost that is super healthy! And there smoothies are amazing. The environment is so... friendly and so accepting. Always have smiled in the staff faces!
