Bourbon Burger was good but Bourbon sauce is cloyingly sweet, fries were fresh and great but needed Salt.
When it's good, it's fine. When it's bad, it's really bad. If you try to give every detail of an order through the drive... through, they'll either get it wrong or have to run back through it piece by piece anyway. But if you wait to be prompted fordetails, they'll skip or forget them and then just assume. Got to the window today to find out they assumed the size of the mealand ended up getting charged $5 and some change to fix it? Pretty sure that's generally twice the price of swapping from asingle burger to a triple, and I just wanted the larger drink with a chicken sandwich combo. No receipt provided as well, whichwas nice. First time I'm compelled to write a review for a fast-food restaurant. The young man working the register Sunday (Oct. 16th)... afternoon could deliver a Master's-level course in customer service. I didn't get his name, but I recall that 1 lens on hisglasses was broken.
