Restroom is kept locked. You must ask an employee to unlock it. This is inconvenient, especially if the employees are busy with... other customers. I haven't experienced this at Irving or some other places. Read more

Store manager refused to sell me(22) cigs and a vape because my husband(21) had an arab passport. I have worked at gas stations... and many couples that are old enough generally go in for each other. That?s what he did. Was refused bc his passport was fromSaudi (which is discrimination based on national origin) but still bothers us . So I went in and she refused me(22) and I calledher racist bc we are BOTH OF AGE and going out to clubs with his and I Identification cards. And we have literally had noproblems with using his passport anywhere else? She threatened to call dispatch police on me when I called her behavior racist.Been going there for years and always loved the staff. Never again!!!
