This is honestly probably the first time ever writing a review because i?m not one to complain but I can say that I am extremely... disappointed with the food I have received. When I got off of work i decided to come and order to-go because I just got paid andI usually can?t even afford eating here because it?s legit so expensive for no reason, anyways besides the point I ordered 6wings and asked if they could mix two sauces together and they said that was fine. When i received my food not only were thesauces weren?t mixed together (not a big deal considering it was a special request) but there was legit barely any sauce on themat all, I prefer my wings to be lightly sauced but this was on a different level of dry. I don?t care about refunds and i?m nottrying to get anyone in trouble, but if you know that the place that you work for charges a ridiculous amount for their food, atleast put in an effort to try and give people what they pay for. If you look at those wings and think that it is okay to servethem, at least give a side of sauce or anything. Literally the bare minimum is all that is asked from you guys.Please do better. Read more
Ordered Doordash last night from this BW3s I'm not picky but the traditional wings are more expensive and I ordered 10 of them.... they delivered 5 boneless, cool I hit up customer service and they got me a redelivery, awesome; tossed the boneless wings butwhen my reorder came, it was again only 5 wings. traditional this time but It was annoying that I paid not only the alreadypremium price for Buffalo Wild Wings compared to other similar restaurants but also the price difference between traditional andboneless and got boneless and they had no intention of refunding the difference or replacing the order they messed up. not onlythat but about an hour and a half later I was violently ill which I personally am blaming on the second delivery of wings whichwas slightly undercooked (but of course take this with a grain of salt, food tasted good and wasn't pink or cold just still abit rare towards the center). love BW3s and if there was another one closer I would continue to patronize that location butafter last night I won't be ordering from this particular restaurant again. I've been coming here for years with zero issues. Practically ordering the same thing, a draft Miller lite and shot of jager... plus food. Tonight, I am informed by the waitress that she cannot bring me both due to them very strictly enforcing the liquorlaw. After trying to talk to her and explain that I have been here 100 times and to other locations with no issue. Shedisappears and reappears, the manager who then tells me the same and the tries to apologize for every waitress whoever servedme. I have been coming here for years and other places near by and NEVER had an issue. I will not be coming back. They lost alifelong customer. I never complain. Even when their servers SUCK.
