Jamba Juice. Let?s first start with the cardboard straws you give us to enjoy our drinks. Half way through the straw is falling... apart and I can?t enjoy the rest of my drink ..... Than you sell bagels and cream cheese. They throw the bagel in a oven andhand it to you with a packed of cream cheese. They have no utensils to spread said cream cheese around. MISSY made this experience VERY frustrating. I stood in line for at least 10-12 minutes while she had a whole conversation with... the woman she knew in front of me. In no way did she try to ask the lady to move to the side and didnt even say anything when iwalked up to the register. She just stared! No customer service guidelines? The only reason they get stars is because the guy inthe back made my drink fast. Read more
