Beds and pillows are the BEST. probably one the best night sleeps I've had in a long time on the road. Rooms are super quiet.
The rooms were great, the bed and sleep were fantastic. The tub was a bit old. Would I come again? Ya, this is for sure where... I'd stay. Read more

Smoky room, heat didn't work well, and noone at the desk to help solve the problem! We stayed for just one night, and I agree... with the comfy beds and the quiet rooms--but the room reeked of cigarettes (supposedly was 'non smoking'). We had to launder allour clothes and have our parkas cleaned and were coughing for 2 days from the smell. Went to the desk immediately, rang thelittle bell, no-one was around. Checked through the hotel and couldn't find the guy who checked us in 5 minutes earlier. Cameback 3 times that evening and phoned but couldn't find anyone to move us or maybe come up with an air cleaner. Then as tempswent down to -15 outside, it was clear that the heating unit couldn't keep up. It would kick in and then quit--probably due tolack of maintenance on the filters so not enough air flow. It never did get above about 65 degrees F (18C) and we were cold allnight. So miserable! And how can you run a hotel without anyone on duty after 5 PM?? Read more
