Excellent place for dessert It's usually busy and you have to wait in queue to be served. Orders are processed in front of you... and the staff is very skilled and friendly. Their customer service is 10/10. They made a wrong order for me, which was rectifiedwith an apology plus they gave that wrong order for free as well. Read more

The ice cream is always good, but the staff turns over regularly and is usually quite young and inexperienced. Not a problem in... and of itself, but there seems to be no consistency in the training in terms of the amount of ice cream you get. One person maygive you a cup not full while others will make it full. The last time we were in the waffle bowls were stale which was abummer, usually not like that.
