Delivery orders beware - they have both delivery drivers and door dash drivers picking up/delivering your orders. I ordered a... delivery at 2:30pm with an ETA of 27 minutes. A papa johns delivery driver arrived at 3:05pm but empty handed.... she explainedto me that she had a receipt for my order but not my food and she just realized that a door dash driver picked it up. Consistent. Consistently delivers luke warm pizza. I avoided ordering delivery for a long time because of this issue but I was... in a situation recently that I needed delivery. Looks like they outsourced the delivery to Door dash. So, $7.95 for delivery +a minimum recommended tip of 15% ($7.05). $15 to deliver 2 miles and still I can?t get a decently warm pizza.
