The management should be ashamed of themselves. They charge a mandatory service fee to cover the minimum wage they need to pay... their employees. This only means that they were underpaying their employees before the minimum wage bill passed. I don't mindtipping the waiters, but I am not going to support a business where the management feels like they can pass on the basicresponsibilities that they need to perform onto their customers.
