I really don't like Captain D's anymore. Food is too greasy. Service leaves a lot to be desired. They don't mind making you feel... dumb for asking questions. Read more
Everything is good except I have gotten bad coleslaw last week that was soured and gone bad and this week it was on the verge... of it. This is very bad for me as I have a compromised immune system. I know times are hard , but there?s no excuse for servingold food! I did not report it last week, but I will try and call tomorrow if I can remember. It is always after closing by thetime I eat my plate, so I haven?t been able to notify them. Read more
Update(10/17/22): Customer service hasn't been good the last couple of visits. Very snippy and rude. Food has not been good at... all. Shrimp cooked in old grease and cooked to a crisp. Went here yesterday, the fish was fried perfectly with a nice goldencrust with hotness steaming throughout. The fries and hushpuppies were also perfect. Also kudos for the great sweet tea.Customer service was top notch! Friendly and quick. Keep up the great work. And I have to say, best Captain D's location I'vebeen too. Read more
Staff greeted us warmly, took our order attentively, gave us food as ordered. Fries were cold, thus the 4 stars. The condiment... bar was clean and well stocked. Hand sanitizer was readily available.
