Terrible. This is one of the few dunkin locations around that consistently messes up the most basic coffee order. I don't mean... like a mocha frapa thing... like coffee with cream... and they forget the cream... or they add the cream, and sugar. Read more
Orders always made correctly. Staff is friendly and always smiling. Quick service.
I wasn't going to post this. I was trying to get a hold of a manager or Corp first to give them a chance but the past two times... we came to this location, they messed up our drinks really badly. I'm just told this is how they make them. I've been going todunkins for decades and this location is the only one making drinks the way they are and I was told again today that's just howit is. I asked if they could just to an iced coffee, no milk, same unsweetened flavor, and shot of espresso and they stillbrought it back with half a large cup of whole milk. I've done my due diligence in trying to reach out. This has only beenhappening in the last month. Being that my reaching out goes unanswered and even the replacement coffee is still wrong and wentunconsumed I felt I should warn others, this is not the dunkin it used to be. One time would be a fluke, maybe someone washaving a bad day, but after 3 drinks? Oh well. Luckily there is a Starbucks right down the street. Their employees are verypleasant too. Read more
Went there on 8/11 around 7:30 pm. And the rudest young lady was working. My boyfriend placed an order and she slammed his... order on the counter. She was so rude that I refused to place an order.
