This store was the first Smoothie King that I had ever walked into and it has set a high expectation for all the other ones I... visited. The store is always neat and clean! The team members are always friendly and helpful. The smoothies are alwaysdelicious! If there is ever a mistake, it is promptly remade. The smoothies are always made to the best quality and they evengive out the extra smoothie in a nice sample cup. They are always accommodating to food allergies or smoothie changes. I havehad the privilege of worker for the owners of this particular Smoothie King and they are some of the best employers I know! Theyare always extremely kind and try to be flexible with your schedule. The owner Mrs. Nika is hard working and one of the nicestpeople I know. She always makes sure that the store is orderly, smoothies are made properly, and the team members are friendlyand helpful. As of today, I will no longer be going to the Smoothie King any more Two days ago I went in asked for a mango kale, 32 ounce I... get it all the time I?m a regular customer. It was a next gentleman in there as well. He was before me he placed his order and Iplaced my order after him they end up giving my smoothie to him, and then I had to stand around for additional three minutes towait for them to make me another smoothie just to make me a smoothie and forget to put bananas and forget to put some otheringredients in in it as well so the drink that the guy originally ordered was sitting right there as well so instead of justletting me take that as well because they messed up my order. No, she snatched it back and put it in the freezer. So I go inthere this morning to try to place my order before I drop my daughter off to school and it was like a whole fire departmentstanding outside, but as soon as they see little brown skin me pull up about to get out the car they jumped in the store beforeme, holding up the line, knowing that it?s like almost 10 of them. Then they purposely held up the line, not knowing what theywant so I just left out and she had a nerve to just be only person in there this morning making drinks and taking orders thismorning knowing that things can get busy but it?s OK. You know at the end of the day I spend money in places that have goodcustomer service good service. Overall. I will no longer be spending any of my money at this location.
