One of the worst experiences I've had dining out. Our wait est 15-20 ended up being 40 minutes. 1 order never came out. 1 order... wasn't put in and came out way later. Multiple orders came out wrong. No refills were given or asked if needed. I will becompletely transparent: I didn't expect to spend over 2 hours at this resturant tonight. Another table was given a discount.Another table got up and left. Update to 2 star 9/14: We were compensated with some blaze rewards pointed. This was a nicegesture. Ordered a to go order and arrived a few minutes early and the entire restaurant was spotlessly clean and the manager was behind... the bar and he was extremely attentive. I've never experienced food poisoning before in my life. This was the only place I ate at that day and it ended up making me so... sick. The waiters and waitresses were nice, but according to them and the locals, the kitchen staff just "doesn't care." Read more
So my son and I are moving across country and we are staying at a hotel across the street from this place. It's 10 pm and it's... one of only a few restaurants that stay open later than 10. The lady on the phone said 30 min. I was there in 20. I ordered thebrisket street tacos with no cilantro or Pico de Gallo which they added both plus they were cold. And they forgot to give me mychips and salsa which was supposed to come with my order. I ordered a boneless wing kids meal for my son and the fries were coldand chewey like they had been sitting there all day under a heat lamp. They were Luke warm at best but gross. Normally when we come there are no servers and an hour wait. We came on Thursday night football and we were seated within 5... minutes and constantly had people running food all night. Best service I?ve had in 5 years!! Excellent job! Read more
