This place I'd in horrible condition. The air conditioner was leaking from the ceiling in several spots. We got wet from it... dripping on to tables beside us. There is black mold on all the vents blowing out into the restaurant and back mold on theceilings. The owner needs to close this place for them to fix the issues and get rid of the black mold. The waitress was greatbut they don't have enough help, we got there at 10:30 am got seated but took forever to get our food, we left at 12:30pm. Themanager didn't even come out and look at the water coming from the ceiling because he was to busy cooking. I will not bereturning to this I Hop in the future. Black mold is not something I want my family to be breathing in. The employees there havebeen telling manager for 3 years about this issue and the leaking the tiles on the ceiling are all stain with water and bowingdown, one of these times the ceiling is going to give and some people are going to get hurt. I am really tired of giving this place my money and not getting half my order. I.e. got the salad dressing but mot the salad. ... Breakfast bowl order was not what I received. Roasted turkey entree looks like the meat has been chewed up and spit out, nogravy or cranberry sauce. This order had to be delivered because I am recovering from surgery and can't drive. Service isn?t terrible, but we were the only people in on a Monday afternoon and it took them near 40-45 minutes to get us our... food. They are just ridiculously slow. I also order the cheesy chicken bacon ranch meal all the time and they never give me thegarlic bread. It bothers me because it?s listed on the menu under the meals description, but I never get it. They were very short staffed. The cook was the one who sat us. There was 2 waitress and 1 cook that was working. The food was... ok, my chicken didn't taste well, like maybe had gone bad?
