Buyer beware! If you order from Rocky's Pizza in Millsboro and pay by debit card make sure they give you your receipt. They over... charged us by $10.00 and then denied it. I even sent them a copy of my statement showing it. I just called and said I wouldforget about it and they refused to take my order. I guess when you get caught red handed you don't want to take a secondchance? Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. My wife's cheesesteak and fries had black curly hair in it. I will never order from here... again. Hopefully the person on the phone I talked to will do what he said and refund me. Read more
