10/30/2022 very busy location. Coffee kept full. Food arrived without table settings. Was given one napkin for three people. Had... to ask for extra napkins. Looks like waiter is new. Confirmed with waiter use of birthday coupon but it turns out the order wasnot the birthday coupon I had to pay full price for an extra meal. Manager not willing to discount for the coupon. Manager ledme to have to raise my voice at him as I paid. After I paid, he walked away muttering that it was my fault. I paid full priceand he did not care if I came back.
