under cooked chicken. inexperienced staff. over seasoned potatoes. on top of that it's expensive.
I am diabled and I was sitting in sofa nearby the store at greatmall. Milpitas. I needed help to buy something but to serve me... where i was sitting. I sent a lady to request them to serve me. But there were three guys and denied to serve so stating it'snot the store policy. What a bad policy! If they cannot serve disabled persons what is the purpose of running business. The store is eye catching and so as fries. We tried giga fries with original style, we tried half and half multiple flavors. BBQ... and Cheddar. It is nice and delicious. We liked Cheddar flavor more. Secret tip: ask for free dip. It gives you more variety. Wetried thousand island and ranch. But thousand island was better. Read more
Never disappoints in the flavors. This is what pulls the crowd. Here we have gone with my favorite sweet potato fries with chili... bbq flavor. Expected them to be the curly cut as pictured in the menu but got the flat ones. Update: No more jumbo size. Theyare just upselling to mega and giga. What a strategy ???? Read more
