Small place but the coffee is good. The staff were friendly. I'd go back. Shiukd I review the coffee next time?
Before I talk about my negative experiences, I will say their assortment of bagels and cream cheeses are delicious. Also, this... isn't just one experience. I have gone to the Coffee Break Cafe many times and I've had about a dozen issues. The only reason Igo back is because of how local it is to my work, and the delicious bagels. My multiple issues stem from the staff itself. Ihave given coffee break many opportunities but the customer service is almost always terrible. They hardly pay any attention andI am always repeating myself. They do not follow the directions I give, and give me the wrong cream cheese/bagels. They wouldrather have conversations among themselves, then make sure I an served properly. Overall, the staff present a constant issue,and I hope to see it rectified soon. Read more
