This A&W is part of a Petro-Canada gas station. The building has more A&W signs on it that it almost feels like an A&W that also... sells gas! I love the burgers here and I always get it the signature root beer. You can't go here without getting the root beersoda. There's plenty of parking outside and staff is friendly and polite. Ordered mobile pickup n brought back home. While my son was eating his, we noticed there's MOLD on his bun. It's so obvious the... staff can't miss it. I'm soooo disgusted and worried for my son as he obviously bit on it. I called them immediately the managersaid would remake our order. We were so hungry n in a rush so I just complied. But I'm still in shock and didn't think clearly.I should just ask for refund instead. Was worried while eating the new order. Cuz it's from the same kitchen. When I went forpickup expect manager to serve me. But I had to ask to speak with her to show her this mold burger. She said it's OK. I said noit's not. I worry my son would get sick.
