The staff was great but management improvement were needed on Thursday Sept 1st, 2022 @ 8:00pm -There was a significant wait... time at 40% capacity. Understandably there was an unplanned illness, but management could come in to help or bring in anotherstaff member. -Food also ran out. It would be great to know that at the time of the order, however after about 20 minutesafter placing an order we were told rice and macaroni ran out and needed to make an order change. - The wait staff did theirbest to add in a little extra under their tough circumstances that evening, which I appreciate, and I still gave a generous tipfor their efforts. I see this as an improvement opportunity for the management team for better staffing and logistical planning,and overall the stronger support they can provide their staff. Thanks. Read more

We ordered take out here on a Friday night and we didn't have to wait too long. The food was ready in 20 minutes and the person... who took the order was very friendly and helpful. The food was also packaged well for the ride home and even though it's winterit did retain some of its heat. He ordered to pizza (herbivore pizza) and wings combo. We also ordered the cactus fries andspinach and artichoke dip. We were only 3 people and this meal lasted us 3 days. I really liked the pizza and that they have themeatless crumbles. The cactus fries were my favorite but they're always a crowd pleaser. I was a bit disappointed by the spinachand artichoke dip since it was dry and very dense, but I think it probably would have been better at the restaurant. Lookforward to our next takeout night here! Ordered the chicken Parm dish. Was told the veggies were broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Only got broccoli which was dry and... overdone. Garlic toast was not even properly toasted and soggy. We waited so long for the food too and the staff didn't give usour cutlery or napkins until after we got our entrees. But we had ordered a starter which was finger food. And when we gotcutlery we were missing a fork in one of the bundles. Overall poor quality food and not great service. This location isn't worthvisiting unfortunately. Read more

Stopped here on our way to Toronto. This Boston Pizza is by far the worst location that I have been to. We recieved dirty... plates. There were fruit flies flying everywhere while we tried to eat. The walls inside the booths had food and greese all overthem. There was food and trash all over the ground. The decor is run down. This place should be shutdown for health reasons. Thepizza was also not up to par with ones I have had at other locations. Read more
