This place has gone way down hill. When I first tried firehouse, I was blown away at how yummy and fresh their sandwiches... were. Last two times I?ve eaten here, they?ve messed my order up and the sandwich is so SLOPPY! I ordered hook and ladderwhich clearly shows white cheese. They put yellow cheese instead, which is disgusting. There?s tons of lettuce but barely anyonion or jalapeño. I also asked for whole wheat bread and was given white bread. The bread is also so thin. Not sure if it?sjust the white bread, cause I never get white bread until this time when they messed up order. But for the amount of meat on thesub, the bread is far too thin, it just gets soggy and gross. The employees clearly do not care about quality or service. Thesesubs are far too over priced for the level of quality they?re now providing. Don?t think I?ll be back for a while. Food was great. Customer experience was piss poor. Walked in and someone else was ordering. Waited 5 minutes for that person to... finish ordering and just as we were about to order the lady asks us if we could let the person behind us go so he could just?quickly? pay due to it being a pickup order. It took the same amount of time as if we were to just put our order through. Neverhave I seen this happen before and left us with a bad taste about the store. This could have been resolved by the woman whosuggested this solution in the first place just to jump on the other open till and cash out the man herself.
