So many choices - absolutely delicious!
Not a smile or kind word among the 4 young ladies serving. The place was empty other than us and they still kept rushing us.... When my daughter wanted an additional scoop (she first asked for one scoop and then decided she wanted a double scoop instead)the girl just said made it so difficult and rude. I would think they would want people to buy more, but I guess that?s not whatthey are going for. When you pay you have to go through the tip options, but ladies - how will you make tips with this kind ofattitude and customer service? Tried this place for the first time Pros: nice selection of flavours, the Spiderman and cotton candy flavors were very... good Cons: when we entered there were three young male staff members working there (teens?), we said "hi how is it going" andall three looked at us with a blank stare. Not exactly how you'd like to be welcomed. I'd teach them some basic customer serviceskills. Pistachio ice cream tasted like nothing. Recently moved to Milton and found this gem. I've already visited Jay's Ice Cream twice in the last two weeks. The ice cream is... extremely delicious and would definitely would recommend. My only issue I had was during my visit on Jul 21, 2022. There weremostly young women who were working that evening and I could sense some attitude and very unpleasant young ladies. I was stilllooking to purchase some more ice cream but the cashier was in a rush and didn't care to ask if I was finished ordering with theperson serving me so I just took my first order and left. My first visit a couple weeks ago, the young men and ladies whoworked that day were very pleasant, welcoming and patient. Overall they have the best ice cream I've had in a long time, it'sa must try.
