Absolutely lovely ice cream!! Great customer service and huge scoop size....thanks guys...Will pop back before heading back home to London ( nah not that one, across the pond )

I tried the Pistachio gelato at this place for the first time today. The taste and flavour were so good. Took a small cup that came up with big enough scoop size for $4. I will recommend this place to anyone in the area to try the ice creams or gelato.

Today was my third experience at this ice cream and gelato shop. Each time I've gotten 2 scoops of different flavors of gelato and each time I am amazed with how delicious it is. The mojito and cannoli flavors are soooooooooo good. We make the trip from about an hour away from Milton literally just to go here, but the other nearby shops usually draw us in while walking down main street eating our cones. If they were closer I would absolutely be there on a weekly basis in the summer time.

The soft serve cone was delicious. The customer service was horrible with the server rolling her eyes, looking away and shaking her head when asked simple questions. The unwelcoming attitude dampened our experience .

Got the mango today and there was a hair and boogers deep inside the ice cream ? tried to shake it off but it?s really gross. Lost my appetite. The flavour of the ice cream wasn?t even that good either tbh, I?d recommend Murphy?s in Streetsville if you?re looking for a good scoop.
