Maybe this is a training issue? or just wasn?t ready as she was still prepping? Sign outside the door says they open at... 9am. Online says they open at 9am. Went inside at 9:05am, to be told they are still closed. When I asked what time they opened,she said 10am. Don?t know where she got the time from since no other days they open at 10?. Wanted to buy a sub, asked for a salad bowl, ended up having to buy a salad instead just to get an extra bowl. Didn't give me... the bowl when they handed me the salad either. Worst customer service I've experienced at a Subway. Read more
They make a great sandwich but they never wash they're hands before making a sandwich. The come from the back, put on gloves and... start serving customers. Or they cash you out grab gloves and start making a sandwich. In times where were going through aglobal pandemic hand hygiene is extremely important. Read more
