3rd visit where I asked if forks, napkins in bag, 3rd visit they were not. Also you get a drink with no ice and the individual... working the window, didn't even seem to care.. I hate posting negative stuff but this wasn't the first time.. Read more
Probably the worst experience ever. Taco Bell is one of my favourite treats. This location started out great with the young lady... who took our order but ended terribly with the night supervisor. Comes to the window and says have you paid. I?m like and helloto you too. He then handed us KFC that belonged to someone else which I opened and handed back, he then made a comment to thegirl as if his error was her fault. We got to our room no napkins, no utensils, no sauce, fries were disgusting and cold and Ibelieve very old. I did call and lodge a complaint to which I have never received a call back. That was June 22nd and it?s Sept5th. That is almost more terrible than the meal and service the night of our visit. I then decide to give Taco Bell at theMapleview Mall in Burlington a shot and when I bite into my cheesy chilli fries it?s not chilli it?s hot sauce???? I have beento Taco Bell on numerous occasions and these last two visits left me very disappointed. And corporate clearly has lost itspride in its reputation, proper up training of their Franchisees and customer care as well. Sad to see. Read more
Don?t eat from here. I got food poisoning from here for 5 days straight and still have some healing to do. The workers... definitely don?t care abt keeping things clean and I?m shocked this place with all its reviews hasn?t failed a healthinspection. Read more
Head office should take over this location, slowest service in the history of any fast food chain in the world, expect to wait... 15+ minutes in the drive through if there is 1 car ahead. Read more
